1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "Service" refers to the financial education programs, website, and related resources provided by cobaltonvs. "User" or "you" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolling in our programs. "We," "us," or "our" refers to cobaltonvs, located at 233 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand. "Content" refers to all text, images, materials, and resources available through our Service. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service or enroll in our programs. By using our Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

cobaltonvs provides financial education programs including, but not limited to, the Financial Literacy for Young Professionals program, the Property and Real Estate Education course, and the Corporate Financial Awareness Training. These programs are educational in nature and are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. Program availability, scheduling, and content may vary and are subject to change.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or enrolling in programs; use our website and services only for lawful purposes; not reproduce, distribute, or share our proprietary course materials without our written consent; treat fellow participants and our staff with respect during all interactions; and not misrepresent the nature of our programs or your participation in them.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our program materials — including text, graphics, logos, templates, toolkits, and educational resources — is the property of cobaltonvs or its content providers and is protected under Thai intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable as specified at the time of enrollment. Payment may be made by bank transfer. All fees are due before the start of the program unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. For corporate bookings, a detailed proposal and invoice will be provided, with payment terms agreed upon prior to program delivery.

7. Enrollment and Cancellation

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least seven (7) business days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven business days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the program price. No refunds are available after the program has commenced, although we may offer credit toward a future session at our discretion.

8. Program Rescheduling

cobaltonvs reserves the right to reschedule a program if minimum enrollment numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered the choice of attending the rescheduled session or receiving a full refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational in nature and are not intended as personal financial advice. The information and materials provided through our programs are for general educational purposes and should not be construed as professional financial, legal, or investment advice. cobaltonvs does not recommend or endorse specific financial products, investments, or strategies. Any financial decisions you make based on concepts learned in our programs are your own responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, cobaltonvs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cobaltonvs, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using our Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our materials ceases, though provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our Service shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not successful within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cobaltonvs. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent.
